Back from vacation

 So much for trying to get my next post up in a timely manner! We have moved some of my things from the townhouse into the house. It will probably be the summer before we move the majority of things down from our place in Cloverdale. We at least have couches to sit on, a bed to sleep in and most anything needed to live in the house for a while. We also just got back from a much needed vacation to Hawaii! It was a great time to get away from work and working on the house! We were able to relax and see a lot of the island. We were on both Oahu and Kauai. Chad had never been so I was super excited for him to see Hawaii.

These are running around all over the island! Evidently they got loose during a storm in the 1990s and now they are wild all over the island. Kind of like squirrels here!

Chad put up our ceiling fan in the family room and the beams are now done as well.

I am still fixing the grout in the kitchen. Now I am putting on an enhancer and sealer to get the color what we want it to be. It is a very process. Much time on my knees with a small toothbrush. I will be glad when it is done.
