Weekend fun

Yesterday we headed up to Roanoke/Vinton to hang out with the Seth's while Chad cut the grass at the Cloverdale house. Hannah had a great time playing outside, especially in their little play house. She was on the tramp a couple of times but was more interested in the zipper than in jumping. Amazingly she also took a 2 hour nap there. Somewhat unusual for her but with all of the playing outside, it helped.

Hannah is all about the zipper

Most of my pictures had her face covered by her hat!

A chair that is just my size!

This past Friday we also met Chad at the park in the afternoon. It was a hot day but nice to get out and play at the park. For the first time, Hannah actually wanted to swing! Usually she will think she wants to get in but then immediately will want out. This time we were able to swing next to each other for a little while.

Almost a smile- and no tears!

Hannah has also expanded what she is eating by adding bananas! She has always liked pureed bananas but this week she actually ate half of a banana by herself! She is definitely making steps almost daily in what she is eating. Tonight she did put a small piece of bread in her mouth. It did not stay there and she did not eat it but at least it went in. Yesterday at the Seth's I was able to sneak in a spoonful of mac-n-cheese when she was not looking and it immediately came out...baby steps. Who knows what will be next!
